We want you to love your Felty hat. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your hat must be unworn and in its original condition. We are unable to accept returns on hats that have been used.
To initiate a return, email us at [hello@feltysaunahats.com] with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Defects & Damage
We stand behind the quality of every hat we make. If your hat arrives with a manufacturing defect or material flaw, we'll replace it or refund it in full — no return shipping required. Just send us a photo of the issue at [hello@feltysaunahats.com] and we'll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
- Hats that have been worn or used
- Returns initiated after 14 days of delivery
- Custom or personalized orders (unless defective)
